My approach

Your breath.
Your pace.
Your practice.

Move with more confidence. Make space to pause. Find small practices that fit your life.

We begin with you: how you feel today, what matters to you and what you’d like to explore. My role is to offer thoughtful guidance, useful choices and room to listen to yourself.

What we explore

A little movement.
A little breathing room.

01 · Breathe

Find your rhythm

Comfortable breathing guides the movement. We notice your natural rhythm and choose a pace you can sustain, without forcing the breath.

What you can take away: a simple breathing practice to return to when you need a pause.

02 · Move

Build confidence, gently

My Svastha Yoga training with the Mohan family draws on Sri T. Krishnamacharya’s tradition of adapting yoga to the person. We explore Hatha, flowing movement or mobility, with options that suit you.

What you can take away: more familiarity with how you move, and ways to adapt your practice as your needs change.

03 · Settle

Make room for stillness

Rest and reflection are part of the practice. You can slow down, notice how you feel and leave space between one thing and the next.

What you can take away: a repeatable way to check in with yourself in a busy day.

04 · Explore scent

A sensory moment, by choice

As an aroma practitioner and Certified Aroma Master, I offer scent as an optional sensory element. We discuss preferences and sensitivities first; fragrance-free sessions are always welcome.

What you can take away: a clearer sense of the aromas you enjoy and how they might fit your personal routine. There is no obligation to buy oils.

A session with me

Listen. Explore. Carry it with you.

  1. Start where you are

We check in about your energy, experience and goals, then choose a starting point together.

  2. Practise with options

I guide movement, breathing and rest, adjusting the pace and offering alternatives along the way.

  3. Keep something useful

We reflect on what felt helpful and choose a small practice you can revisit between sessions.
